A chef who bet 3 crore on her own recipe.
Chef Jeevitha Jayakaran holds an MBA in Marketing and brings 20 years of experience across food production, operations, banking, insurance, and real estate. She personally invested ₹3+ Cr in R&D, product development, and brand building before a single external rupee came in.
Today she oversees day-to-day factory operations, procurement, quality, hygiene, and financial management at the Coimbatore unit — and has built a portfolio of 50+ SKUs that meet FSSAI, export, and airline-catering standards.
